This is one way in which "check.in" (a website that allows you to check into foursquare and gowalla and more with one checkin) isn't good in that you have to go into your settings to change where it posts as opposed to being able to do that on a case by case basis with the native apps. I find that I get less irritated by friends who at least leave an amusing comment with each checkin. It is a tough balance to find though. I agree completely. Sometimes I am not sure if it is that they are cheating, or if they just don’t understand what foursquare is for. Either way, they should either read up on the app they are trying for the first time, or stop cheating!
